This role suits an experienced TA who is confident working across Year 3 to Year 6 and can quickly adapt to different school settings. We are looking for someone who is: Honest, reliable and punctual Flexible and adaptable to changing environments Calm, patient and supportive with pupils Proactive, positive and able to use initiative Professional and committed to supporting pupils and staff The role involves: Supporting pupils across Key Stage 2 Assisting with pre-planned lessons and classroom activities Helping manage behaviour and maintain positive routines Adapting quickly to different classrooms and expectations Providing short-term, long-term or emergency cover Academics works with a wide range of primary schools, offering regular and flexible supply opportunities.
