Are you a dedicated and adaptable Key Stage 2 teacher seeking flexible supply opportunities in High Wycombe£ We are looking to recruit enthusiastic KS2 Supply Teachers to provide cover for local primary schools, offering both short-term and longer-term placements starting January 2026.
This role is ideal for both experienced educators and newly qualified teachers (ECTs) wanting to gain varied classroom experience, maintain a good work-life balance, or ease back into teaching with a supportive network.
About the Role:
- Deliver effective and engaging lessons to Year 3 to Year 6 classes, following lesson plans or adjusting to suit pupil needs.
- Establish a welcoming and stimulating classroom atmosphere that supports childrenandrsquo;s learning and personal growth.
- Implement behaviour management strategies in line with school guidelines to maintain a positive learning environment.
- Liaise professionally with teaching assistants, senior staff, and parents where necessary.
- Demonstrate flexibility and professionalism, adapting quickly to different school cultures and routines.
The ideal candidate will:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 2, with a solid understanding of the KS2 curriculum and SATs expectations.
- Confident classroom management skills and the ability to foster strong pupil relationships.
- A proactive, flexible attitude and the ability to integrate smoothly into new school settings.
- A genuine enthusiasm for nurturing childrenandrsquo;s learning and development at the primary level.
