As a supply teacher, you will play a pivotal role in delivering quality education during periods of staff absence.Key Responsibilities: Deliver well-structured and inspiring lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum to ensure continuity in students'' learning.Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation, respect, and cooperation.Use effective classroom management techniques to create a safe and conducive learning environment.Assess and provide timely feedback on student progress, ensuring learning objectives are met.Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure smooth lesson transitions and adherence to school policies.
