This role offers the chance to work 1:1 with a child in Key Stage 2, providing tailored support and helping them engage with their learning. You''ll play a vital role in their development, both academically and socially, ensuring they feel included and confident in their abilities.What You''ll Be Doing: Provide 1:1 support for a Key Stage 2 student with SEN, ensuring they can access the curriculum and participate in class activities.  Offer emotional support and guidance, helping the child build positive social skills.  Work closely with the class teacher to create and adapt learning strategies to support the child''s needs.  Track and report the child''s progress, providing insights and suggestions for future learning goals. What We''re Looking For: Experience working with children with SEN, particularly in a 1:1 setting.  A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach to teaching and learning.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
