Whether you are an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant or an enthusiastic graduate considering a career in teaching, educational psychology, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, or child development, this role offers valuable experience in a supportive school environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport KS2 pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and associated learning needs.Provide one-to-one and small-group support tailored to individual pupils.Assist with personalised learning programmes and EHCP targets.Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.Encourage pupils'' independence, confidence, communication, and emotional wellbeing.Monitor progress and contribute to observations, reviews, and support plans.Work collaboratively with teachers, the SENCO, parents, and external professionals to achieve the best outcomes for pupils.The Ideal Candidate Will HaveExperience supporting children with SEN in a school or similar setting, or a genuine passion for working with children with additional needs.A calm, patient, ..... full job details .....
