Supply Heroes are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and supportive primary school in Quinton for a dedicated PPA Teacher to join their team from September.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and enthusiastic teacher seeking a part-time role, working 3 days per week. The successful candidate will provide PPA cover across Key Stage 2, delivering engaging, pre-planned lessons that ensure continuity of learning while class teachers are out of the classroom. No planning is required, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality teaching, supporting pupils' progress, and creating a positive and productive learning environment.

You will be working across a range of KS2 year groups, so the ability to adapt quickly, build positive relationships with pupils and staff, and maintain high expectations in the classroom is essential. About the Role

  • September start
  • Part-time – 3 days per week
  • PPA cover across Key Stage 2
  • Deliver engaging, pre-planned lessons across different year groups
  • No planning or preparation required
  • Maintain positive behaviour and create an inclusive classroom environment
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning
  • Daily rate: £150 - £175, depending on experience

The Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Recent Key Stage 2 teaching experience is essential
  • Confident teaching across different KS2 year groups
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to quickly establish positive relationships with pupils
  • Passionate about supporting children's learning and development
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)
  • Right to work in the UK
