Are you a passionate and dedicated KS2 English specialist with a strong background in Special Educational Needs (SEN)? A fantastic school in Formby a looking to welcome a short term KS2 English specialist with SEN experience to support a secondary school student.

KS2 English Teacher

• Location - Formby, L37
• Type of work - Short Term
• Start date - As soon as possible
• Full time/part time - Full time
• Pay: Paid to scale
• Hours: - 8:30 am - 3:30 pm

Requirements:

• Has proven experience supporting pupils with a range of SEN needs
• Can deliver high-quality English lessons that inspire and challenge
• Uses adaptive teaching strategies to ensure accessibility for all learners
• Experience teaching functional skills
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching KS2 English within a mainstream or SEN setting
• A nurturing, resilient, and reflective approach to teaching

To be eligible:

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
• Provide two professional references/cover the last 2 years
