For the right candidate, there is potential for a TLR, offering the chance to take on additional leadership responsibilities. The Role - KS2 Class Teacher Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured lessons that challenge and inspire pupils. Create an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment where all children feel supported and motivated to achieve. Develop pupils'' confidence and independence through a broad and balanced curriculum. Use effective assessment strategies to track progress and adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners. Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to foster a strong sense of school community. Take on a TLR responsibility (for the right candidate) in areas such as curriculum development, subject leadership, or pastoral care. Ideal Candidate KS2 Class Teacher A qualified teacher (UK QTS) with experience in KS2 and evidence of great teaching practice.
