      <description>Location: Greater London | Salary: &amp;pound;110 - &amp;pound;135/day | Type: Contract | KS2 Behaviour Teaching Assistant   Westminster, Central London  -110 - -135 per day | ASAP Start | Full-Time | Long-Term  Long Term Futures are looking for a confident and resilient Behaviour Teaching Assistant to support KS2 pupils within a supportive primary school in Westminster.  This role will involve working closely with pupils who display challenging behaviour, SEMH needs, ADHD, and emotional regulation difficulties. The successful candidate will provide consistent support both inside and outside of the classroom, helping pupils remain engaged, regulated, and positively involved in school life.  Key responsibilities include:   Providing 1:1 and small group behavioural support  Supporting pupils during lessons, transitions, and breaktimes  Managing and de-escalating challenging behaviour calmly and effectively  Building strong relationships with pupils and acting as a positive role model  Working closely with teachers, SEN staff, and pastoral teams   The school is looking for someone who is calm, proactive, and confident managing behaviour.
