This is a full teaching role including planning, marking, assessment and wider responsibilities. The role is open to both experienced teachers and NQTs/ECTs wishing to grow within a specialist SEMH environment.The RoleAs the Primary Teacher in this SEMH setting, you will:Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons to KS1 and KS2 pupils.Adapt teaching approaches to meet a wide range of academic, emotional and behavioural needs.Provide a structured, nurturing and calm learning environment.Work closely with the pastoral and therapeutic teams to ensure holistic support for each child.Use resilience, patience and creativity to re-engage pupils who may have experienced disrupted or difficult educational journeys.Take responsibility for planning, marking and reporting in line with a full teaching position.What We''re Looking ForQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.Strong understanding of SEMH needs and/or experience ..... full job details .....
