andnbsp;Salary: andpound;34,398 to andpound;52,490 (Qualified Teacher Pay Scale)

Supply Desk is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS1 Teacher to join a supportive and thriving primary school in Watford. This is a fantastic opportunity to teach young learners in a welcoming environment that values creativity, progress, and the development of the whole child. The role is initially temporary with the strong possibility to become permanent for the right candidate.

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:


  • A qualified teacher with a passion for Key Stage 1 education
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and inspire young learners
  • Creative and effective lesson planning tailored to the needs of KS1 pupils
  • Experience with assessment and curriculum delivery at Key Stage 1 is desirable but not essential
  • Commitment to creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment

Key Responsibilities:


  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all pupils
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback
  • Maintain high expectations to help pupils reach their full potential
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support school initiatives and cross-curricular learning
  • Contribute to the wider school community and foster a positive learning atmosphere
