Job Description:

• Plan and deliverandnbsp;engaging,andnbsp;differentiated lessonsandnbsp;in line with theandnbsp;KS1 National Curriculum
• Create aandnbsp;stimulatingandnbsp;andandnbsp;inclusive classroom environmentandnbsp;that promotesandnbsp;curiosity,andnbsp;resilience, and aandnbsp;love of learning
• Useandnbsp;formative and summative assessmentandnbsp;to track pupil progress and inform planning
• Fosterandnbsp;positive relationshipsandnbsp;with pupils, parents, and colleagues to supportandnbsp;holistic development
• Contribute to theandnbsp;wider life of the school, includingandnbsp;extracurricular activities,andnbsp;school events, andandnbsp;enrichment opportunities

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have experience teaching withinandnbsp;Key Stage 1, ideally in Year 2 (desirable but not essential)
• Be aandnbsp;reflectiveandnbsp;andandnbsp;innovative practitionerandnbsp;with strongandnbsp;behaviour managementandnbsp;skills
• Demonstrate a commitment toandnbsp;inclusive educationandnbsp;andandnbsp;safeguarding
• Possessandnbsp;excellent communication,andnbsp;organisational, andandnbsp;interpersonal skills
• Be enthusiastic aboutandnbsp;continuous professional developmentandnbsp;andandnbsp;collaborative working
• Hold or be willing to obtain anandnbsp;enhanced DBS check
