The Ideal Candidate Will:
Use differentiated strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of pupils and adapt to various abilities and styles.
Promote independence and social development through interactive, hands-on learning and group collaboration.
Provide care and attention to studentsandrsquo; personal and medical needs, ensuring a nurturing and safe classroom environment.
Support pupilsandrsquo; physical and emotional well-being through initiatives that encourage healthy lifestyles and build resilience.
Deliver focused interventions in literacy and numeracy to support academic progress across the KS1 curriculum.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in Early Years or Key Stage 1 is desirable
Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment practices
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
Organised, dedicated, and enthusiastic about teaching and learning
Skilled in managing classroom behaviour and promoting an inclusive learning space
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
