Supply Desk is partnering with a welcoming, high-achieving primary school in Rickmansworth seeking a talented KS1 Teacher to join their supportive team from January 2026. This role is open to both experienced educators and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and offers excellent professional development in an inclusive, thriving environment.
What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Genuine enthusiasm for teaching young children
Strong classroom management and high expectations of achievement
Ability to plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons across KS1
Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality lessons that inspire and challenge pupils
Monitor and assess progress to support strong academic and personal outcomes
Contribute to curriculum planning and school development
Support pupilsandrsquo; social, emotional, and academic growth
Participate in parentsandrsquo; evenings, meetings, and wider-school events
