Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver creative, differentiated lessons aligned with the KS1 National Curriculum
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes curiosity, independence, and resilience in young learners
- Utilise a variety of assessment strategies, both formative and summative, to track pupil progress and guide future learning
- Develop strong, supportive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to nurture both academic growth and personal wellbeing
- Actively participate in the broader school life, including enrichment activities, school events, and collaborative planning initiatives
Key Requirements:
- Hold a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Be a reflective and flexible educator, confident in managing the classroom and tailoring learning to meet diverse needs
- Show a strong commitment to inclusive practice, safeguarding, and promoting the wellbeing of all pupils
- Have excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skillsandnbsp;to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families
- Be eager to engage in ongoing professional development and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment
