The Role - KS1 Teacher

As a KS1 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and creative lessons to a KS1 class of 26 pupils, ensuring that all learners make strong academic progress. You will tailor lessons to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities, monitor attainment through regular assessment, and provide targeted support where necessary. The successful candidate will promote a positive classroom environment where pupils feel valued and motivated to succeed. Strong behaviour management skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to high educational standards are essential. Ideally you will hold QTS and previous experience teaching within KS1.
