About the RoleAs a Key Stage 1 Teacher, you will deliver engaging and creative lessons that support pupil''s academic, social, and emotional development. You will create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child is encouraged to achieve their full potential while following the Key Stage 1 National Curriculum.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver engaging lessons across the KS1 curriculum Create a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment Assess, monitor, and report on pupil''s progress and attainment Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND and EAL Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues Support pupil''s personal, social, and emotional development Contribute to curriculum planning and wider school initiatives Uphold safeguarding procedures and promote the wellbeing of all pupilsAbout YouQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Experience teaching within Key Stage 1 (ECTs are welcome to apply) Strong knowledge of the KS1 National Curriculum Excellent classroom management and communication skills Passion for delivering creative and engaging learning experiences Commitment to high standards of teaching and pupil achievement A caring, positive, and flexible approach to teaching and learning Dedication to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of childrenSafeguarding StatementThe school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. ..... full job details .....
