The school is seeking a committed practitioner to take on a Key Stage 1 class, with a strong focus on early literacy, phonics development, and building solid foundations for future learning.This role is well suited to both experienced KS1 teachers and ECTs looking to develop within a supportive and structured environment. The school places a strong emphasis on consistency in teaching, high expectations, and nurturing pupils'' confidence and independence from an early stage. You will be joining a collaborative staff team and a forward-thinking leadership group, all dedicated to maintaining high standards, supporting staff development, and ensuring positive outcomes for pupils across Key Stage 1.Responsibilities:Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons aligned with the KS1 curriculumDifferentiate learning to meet a range of abilities, including SEN and EAL pupilsUse formative and summative assessment to track progress and inform planningMaintain high expectations for behaviour and learning in line with school policyBuild strong relationships with pupils, parents, and carersWork closely with teaching assistants to maximise classroom supportContribute to phonics delivery and early reading ..... full job details .....
