The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons, support pupils'' learning and development, and create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum. Support pupils'' academic, social and emotional development. Assess and monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching accordingly. Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment. Build positive relationships with pupils, parents/carers and colleagues. Work collaboratively with staff to support pupil development. Maintain accurate records and contribute to school policies and safeguarding procedures. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or recognised equivalent. Experience teaching within KS1.
