Salary: MPS/UPS – £29,344 to £44,919
Contract: Full Time | Start Date: September 2025

• Deliver fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with the KS1 National Curriculum

• Use assessment to guide planning and support individual learning needs

• Foster a positive classroom environment that promotes emotional and social development

• Support children’s early reading, writing, and numeracy skills through imaginative teaching

• Work closely with teaching assistants, colleagues, and families to support every child

• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, wellbeing, and behaviour

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Experience or strong understanding of KS1 teaching and early childhood development

• A warm, nurturing approach and a passion for helping young children flourish

• Strong classroom management and a reflective, proactive mindset
