You''ll be supporting a mixed Year 1 and Year 2 class of pupils with complex special educational needs, including pre-verbal children who require additional communication support and personal care. We''re looking for someone hands-on, proactive and resilient who is confident working in a busy classroom and passionate about making a difference to children''s lives. The Role Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with complex SEND needs. Support pre-verbal and non-verbal children with communication and engagement. Assist with intimate care, including toileting and changing. Support pupils with emotional regulation and challenging behaviour. Encourage independence, social interaction and confidence.
