      <description>Location: Birmingham | Salary: &amp;pound;108 - &amp;pound;115/day | Type: Contract | KS1 SEN Teaching Assistant     Location:  B45 Rubery, Birmingham   Weekly Pay:  -500525   Hours:  Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm   Start Date:  ASAP   Contract:  Long-Term   Long Term Futures are seeking a caring and experienced KS1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school near Rubery.  This is a full-time role supporting pupils with special educational needs across KS1, working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide targeted 1:1, small-group and classroom support.  The successful candidate will be confident adapting learning to meet individual needs and supporting pupils with their communication, emotional regulation, social development and engagement with learning. A calm, consistent and nurturing approach will be particularly important.
