KS1 Classroom Assistant

Rikama Education are currently working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Margate, who are seeking a dedicated KS1 Classroom Assistant to join their team as soon as possible.

This is a full-time position working with Year 1 and Year 2 pupils, initially running until half term, with the potential to be extended for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support classroom activities and learning under the direction of the class teacher
* Work with small groups or individual pupils to reinforce learning
* Help manage behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
* Assist with preparation of materials and classroom resources

Requirements:
* Experience working within KS1 is essential
* Good knowledge of the KS1 curriculum
*A patient, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
* Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30am 3:30pm
