Pay Scale: -31,650 - -49,084 per annum

Are you an Early Career Teacher ready to begin your first teaching role in a supportive and high-achieving primary school? We are working with an Outstanding school in Wallingford that is seeking a KS1 Class Teacher to join their team from January 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated ECT to start their teaching journey in a school that values collaboration, professional development, and pupil wellbeing. You''ll be supported by experienced colleagues and a strong leadership team every step of the way.

Requirements for the KS1 Class Teacher:

• QTS
• A sound understanding of the KS1 curriculum
• Placement experience in UK primary schools (KS1 preferred)
• A proactive, warm, and engaging approach to teaching

Key Responsibilities for the KS1 Class Teacher:

• Teach a KS1 class, supporting academic progress and personal growth
• Work closely with colleagues and benefit from mentoring and guidance
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
• Contribute to wider school life, including clubs and school events
