Korean speaking Operations Project Manager - Engineering/Construction

K-People Europe is a recruitment consultancy specialized in Korean speaking jobs with a dedicated Korean recruitment consultant working in London since 2007. Our client, an industry leading global company, is looking for a Korean speaking Operations Project Manager to lead engineering, construction, and overall project delivery. While bridging Sales, Engineering/Construction Operations, and external clients, the ideal candidate will serve as the primary operational representative on-site (working alongside the Site Manager) to ensure seamless execution and timely project delivery. Key Responsibilities (1) On-Site Operational Leadership: Serve as the key operational representative on-site, overseeing engineering, construction, and daily execution workflows alongside the Site Manager. (2) Client and Key Stakeholder Communication: Act as the direct point of contact for clients, managing technical expectations, resolving project issues, and maintaining strong client relations. (3) HQ and Branch Coordination: Align local engineering and construction operations with Headquarters'' strategic directives, standards, and global policies. (4) Project Schedule and Delivery Management: Track and manage end-to-end project schedules, engineering milestones, and construction progress from post-sales handover to final commissioning.
