Knowledge Management Specialist

We are currently working with a leading global law firm to recruit a Knowledge Management Specialist to join their London office on a 6-month fixed-term contract basis, with the possibility of extension. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Knowledge Management/Research Paralegal, Analyst, or Specialist, to take on a varied role supporting the development and management of legal technical knowledge. The successful applicant will play a key role in maintaining and developing knowledge resources, supporting KM projects, and preparing technical guidance. Key responsibilities will include: Managing data-related elements of KM projects, including metadata, naming conventions, data population, test exports, usage reporting analysis and final quality control. Curating and tagging content for knowledge banks. Preparing documents for legal and KM project uploads. Creating and maintaining current awareness trackers to keep London attorneys informed of key practice developments. Drafting KM platform updates, newsletters and other communications to encourage engagement. Supporting the maintenance and development of knowledge platforms and related materials. Providing training and assistance to encourage adoption of knowledge platforms across the London office. Supporting practice efficiency through technology, including AI-based solutions, document automation, and data analytics.
