This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Knowledge Lawyer to lead a well-established Corporate Transactions and Advisory knowledge team within a globally recognised corporate practice. Alongside overseeing the team''s strategy and operations, you will act as the firm''s principal knowledge resource for company law and corporate governance, driving thought leadership, legal developments, training, innovation and AI adoption across the practice.
