Knowledge and Innovation Lawyer - UK Corporate TransactionsLocation: LondonContract: PermanentA leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Knowledge and Innovation Lawyer to join its global Knowledge and Innovation (KandI) function, with a specific focus on UK corporate transactions.This is an excellent opportunity for a corporate lawyer who enjoys working at the intersection of legal expertise, knowledge management, and innovation within a dynamic, global professional services environment.The RoleWorking as an embedded member of the global KandI team, you will act as a resident knowledge expert for UK corporate and MandA matters, supporting lawyers across the practice with high-quality legal content, know-how, training, and innovation initiatives.You will work closely with practice leaders and stakeholders to enhance efficiency, consistency, and value delivery for both lawyers and clients.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, develop, and maintain model documents, precedents, forms, checklists, and other substantive legal content for UK corporate and MandA work.Ensure knowledge resources are current, practical, and easily accessible via internal systems and platforms.Provide legal, market, and practical expertise, including collecting and analysing transaction data for benchmarking, post-deal reviews, and market insights.Monitor key legal and regulatory developments and support the preparation of client alerts and updates.Contribute to internal and external training ..... full job details .....
