      <description>Location: London | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | The Pathway Leader in Knitted Textiles is responsible for teaching, curriculum development, and ongoing scholarly work within the BA Textile Design course at Central Saint Martins, part of the Jewellery, Textiles and Materials Programme. The post-holder will lead the knitted textiles pathway, providing academic and pastoral support to second and third-year students, and working collaboratively with the course team to develop an inclusive and forward-thinking curriculum.  Key duties include teaching and assessment in knitted textiles, curriculum innovation, student engagement, and maintaining academic standards. The role involves contributing to strategic planning, quality assurance, and initiatives that enhance student experience and outcomes. The post-holder is also expected to remain informed on current debates such as decolonising the curriculum and addressing awarding gaps, and to participate in relevant university committees and course reviews.
