Key Responsibilities Production Support: Prepare and load fixtures and components into automated manufacturing equipment to keep production moving efficiently. Quality Inspection: Carry out routine inspection processes to ensure finished parts accurately meet required standards before moving to the next stage of production. Operational Execution: Work methodically across milling, turning, and honing operations within a precision engineering environment. Issue Escalation: Notice when something does not look right and take immediate responsibility for escalating quality or process concerns quickly and clearly.
