We''re currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable Maintenance Contractor in the midlands for an experienced Multi Trade Operative with experience fitting Kitchens and/or Bathrooms to join their social housing team in the Worcester area.This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and dependable tradesperson to secure consistent, full-time work delivering bathroom fitting and upgrades to social housing properties in the midlands region. Location: Worcester and surrounding Start Date: ASAPHours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per weekDuration: Temporary on goingPay Rate: 220 per day (CIS or umbrella) Key Responsibilities:Carrying out bathroom or kitchen installs to social housing propertiesPlumbing: Minor repairs to pipework, taps, toilets, and domestic systemsCarpentry: Hanging doors, fitting skirting, architraves, and general woodworkPlastering and Tiling: Patch repairs and making goodEnsuring all work is completed to a high standardRequirements:Previous bathroom and/or kitchen fitting experience is essentialExperience across plumbing, carpentry, plastering, and paintingBlue CSCS card Own vehicle and tools Strong attention to detail and a professional approachInterested in working with a company with a great reputation and working in a role that will make a difference to peoples lives?
