What You''ll Be Doing Leading daily kitchen operations and supporting Catering Assistants. Planning menus, managing stock levels, and ordering supplies. Preparing and serving fresh meals to a high standard. Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health and safety standards. Monitoring stock and budgets. Supporting catering provision across multiple sites when required. What We''re Looking For Minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety qualification. Previous experience working in a busy kitchen environment. Knowledge of food safety and current legislation. Strong organisational and team leadership skills.
