Kitchen Surveyor/Designer Birmingham, Coventry and West Midlands areas Monday to Friday; no weekends Self-Employed Position Starting salary from £135 per day + mileage expenses. Salary depending on experience and locationOur Clients our looking for experienced Kitchen Designers/Surveyors to work in Social Housing Tenanted properties in the West Midlands and surrounding areas. You will have good knowledge of Social Housing Kitchen requirements, guidelines and regulations, and will be required to work closely with our partnered Kitchen Manufacturers and Contractors, to provide the very best in-situ Kitchen Survey and Design service available throughout the UKTheir work consists of long term projects within the Social Housing sector, working on large scale Kitchen improvement programmes for Local Authorities and Housing Associations within Tenanted homes, and void properties.This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced Kitchen Surveyor/Designer looking for a better work/life balance, working Monday to Friday, and being based from home and travelling to site each day. You will then return home to complete your daily administration tasks relating to your survey day.The ideal applicant will be customer service driven, have a Right First Time approach, and have a can-do attitude, and be experienced in using either Fusion 2020 CAD, Wren Planner, Winner, or a similar Kitchen design software package, along with having excellent IT and communication skills.Please note- This is a ..... full job details .....
