A local Property Maintenance Company are looking to recruit a well skilled multi to join their Kitchen and Bathroom Property Team. A lot of the work will be within Portsmouth and Surrounding areas, with maximum travel up to South London. You will be provided with a company van and fuel card to cover business travel expenses.Key Responsibilities:Install kitchens and bathrooms, including tiling, basic plumbing, and decorating/finishing workPerform carpentry repairs and maintenance in domestic propertiesReplace sanitary ware, baths, shower trays, and level decksBox in pipework and install sundry items such as tapsFit prebuilt kitchen cupboards and base unitsVinyl floor laying experience is advantageous but not requiredMust be able to SolderAll Employees will be paid on a CIS Basis. And Van will come home with you every evening. Uniform and PPE providedIPAD System to show all your workAt least 5 years of multi-trade experienceExperience working in occupied premises with strong customer service skillsAbility to use mobile technology (iPad or PDA)Current CSCS card (desirable)Full and valid UK driving licence with at least 2 years of driving experienceAbility to drive a company vanYou will be paid hourly 18- 20ph depending on experience stride is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy. ..... full job details .....
