What You''ll Be Doing Driving sales performance by achieving individual and branch targets. Building strong relationships with trade customers and their clients. Designing practical, inspiring kitchen solutions tailored to customers'' needs. Conducting home visits to measure spaces and understand customer requirements. Negotiating prices while maintaining profitability. Providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales journey. Using product knowledge to advise customers and resolve queries. Creating accurate kitchen designs using CAD software (full training provided if required). What We''re Looking For A proven track record in sales with experience achieving targets and KPIs.
