The Role As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you will be responsible for managing the entire customer journey, from the initial showroom consultation through to the final design and sale. Key responsibilities include: Welcoming customers into the showroom and providing a professional, consultative experience. Qualifying customer requirements and understanding their lifestyle, design aspirations and budget. Creating inspirational kitchen designs using CAD software. Presenting design concepts and quotations with confidence. Building strong customer relationships and managing the sales process from enquiry through to order. Following up leads and maximising every sales opportunity. Liaising with colleagues to ensure projects run smoothly from design through to completion.
