About The RoleKey Accountabilities:Assist in food preparation and contribute to a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.Competently and efficiently clean the kitchen, adhering to established cleaning schedules.Maintain a positive and can-do attitude, supporting the team and contributing to a positive work environment.Ensure pot-wash standards are maintained to the highest level, prioritising cleanliness and efficiency.Assist in ensuring a high level of Health and Safety and food hygiene, adhering to all safety guidelines.Support stock control and ordering processes to ensure efficient inventory management.Be aware of COSHH regulations and use PPE appropriately.Support the Head Chef in stocktaking and storage, ensuring accurate records and minimising waste.Comply with all Health and Safety regulations and work safely at all times.Complete any other reasonable tasks as delegated by your Line Manager.Essential Criteria:Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment (preferred but not essential).Ability to ..... full job details .....
