The Role...

We are seeking an experienced

Kitchen Porter

to join our team at Babington House

(BA11 3RW) . As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation. Your responsibilities will include washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, as well as assisting with basic food preparation tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for cleanliness.

What we are looking for in a Kitchen Porter...1-2 years'' experience in a busy high-profile restaurant (preferred but not essential)Team player who communicates well with all colleaguesPunctual, reliable and trustworthySense of urgencyYes, yes, yes mentalityAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentHave a genuine passion for food and beverageFlexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required

Expected working hours for a Kitchen Porter:Varying shift times across the seven days, to include working evenings, weekends, opens and closesAverage hours 40-45 hours per week
