Claridges has a famous all-day dining and Afternoon Tea restaurant the Foyer and Reading Room, LEpicerie that offers a culinary theatre of the kitchen, and three bars: Claridges Bar, the intimate Fumoir and effortlessly elegant Painters Room.As a Kitchen Porter you will be responsible for:Assisting in the Back of House Operations of the hotel, mainly in the kitchen areas. This job involves manual work, heavy lifting and working with chemicals.Some of the duties will involve moving of stock, cleaning, and operation of the dishwasher, cleaning cooking equipment, pans, utensils and crockery and keeping the kitchen areas clean and safe.You must be flexible to work both shifts, early starting at 7am.
