About the Role
Berkeley Scott seeks experienced Kitchen Porters for temporary assignments at contract catering and hospitality venues throughout Central London. Working Monday to Friday on daytime shifts, the successful applicant will handle washing dishes, pots, pans and equipment, uphold stringent hygiene standards, assist chefs with basic food preparation, manage waste and recycling, and keep the kitchen clean, safe and organised. At least one year's UK experience in this position is essential. Pay ranges from £12.71 to £14.80 hourly, plus holiday pay, depending on venue and background. The Role
- Washing dishes, pots, pans and kitchen equipment

- Supporting the smooth running of daily kitchen operations
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year''s UK Kitchen Porter experience andndash; essential
- Experience in contract catering, restaurants, hotels or commercial kitchens
- Level 2 Food Safety Certificate preferred
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and safe food handling
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen
- Available Monday to Friday, all 5 days
