Key Responsibilities
- Washing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout kitchen and back-of-house areas
- Supporting chefs with basic food preparation when required
- Assisting with deliveries, stock rotation, and waste disposal
- Following food safety, hygiene, and health andamp; safety procedures at all times
- Working efficiently as part of a busy kitchen team
Requirements
- Previous Kitchen Porter or catering experience is preferred but not essential
- Food Safety Level 2 certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Food Allergen Awareness certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- A positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
