Role and Responsibilities:
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Manage stocks, order supplies, and maintain cost control measures.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised kitchen.Handle administrative tasks such as rotas and reporting.Requirements:
Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar senior role in a busy restaurant or pub setting.Strong leadership and communication skills.Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.Passion for cooking and a creative approach to menu development.Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.What We Offer:
