Gourmet Burger Kitchen (GBK) is looking for a skilled Kitchen Manager to take charge of our kitchen operations and ensure every burger we serve is nothing short of perfection.What Youll Be Doing:Run the Kitchen: Take the reins in the kitchen, ensuring everything runs smoothly, from prep to plating. Youll be the go-to person for all things food-related.Lead by Example: Inspire and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff, ensuring theyre motivated, well-trained, and delivering consistently high standards.Maintain Quality: Ensure every dish that leaves the kitchen meets GBKs high standards for taste, presentation, and quality. Youll be the guardian of our famous burgers!Manage Stock and Orders: Keep the kitchen stocked with the freshest ingredients, manage orders, and ensure cost efficiency without compromising on quality.Ensure Safety and Cleanliness: Uphold the highest standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety, making sure everything is spick and span and in line with health regulations.What You Bring:Experience: Proven experience in a kitchen management or head chef role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.Leadership Skills:

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team under pressure.Culinary Passion:

A deep love for food and cooking, with a particular passion for creating gourmet burgers that wow our customers.Organisational Skills:

Excellent organisational abilities to manage the kitchens operations, from stock control to team rotas.Attention to Detail:

A keen eye for detail to ensure every plate leaving the kitchen is perfect.Commitment to Safety:
