Location: Oxford Brookes University, Headington Rd, Oxford OX3 0BP Working Pattern: Predominantly Monday-Friday, 7:30am - 16:00pm but weekends and evening work required when needed, Christmas through to New Years off Rate of Pay: £35,000 per annum Key Responsibilities: Control stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationshipsMonitor budgets, food costs, and waste reduction Maintain compliance with UK food hygiene, health and safety regulationsSupport recruitment, rotas, and staff performance managementIdentifying opportunities to improve our food serviceCreating a positive kitchen environment where your team feel welcomed and supportedDelivering our tasty food concepts to our customersRepresenting Compass Group UKandI and maintaining a positive brand imageOrdering food, looking after ..... full job details .....
