Kitchen Fitter

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Kitchen Fitter to join a well-established building and maintenance contractor delivering planned kitchen refurbishment programmes to occupied social housing properties across Northampton and Milton Keynes. This is a self-employed opportunity offering regular work with the chance to join a busy team delivering high-quality kitchen replacement programmes within the social housing sector. The role involves working in occupied properties, carrying out full kitchen strip-outs, installations, and associated carpentry works. You''ll work alongside electricians, plumbers, plasterers, decorators, and flooring contractors to ensure kitchens are completed to a high standard and handed over on time. We welcome applications from Kitchen Fitters, Kitchen Installers, Carpenter Joiners, Joiners, Multi Skilled Carpenters, Multi Trade Operatives, Property Maintenance Operatives, and Carpenters with experience working within social housing, planned maintenance, or domestic property refurbishment. Key Responsibilities: Carry out full kitchen strip-outs, including removing units, tiles, flooring, and associated fixtures Install floor protection and maintain excellent dust control throughout works in occupied homes Receive and check kitchen deliveries to ensure all materials are present before installation Complete full kitchen installations, including units, worktops, plinths, splashbacks, and finishing items Replace skirting boards and fit new ..... full job details .....
