You will be working in occupied social housing properties, so a professional approach and good communication skills are essential.Kitchen Fitter Price Work Rates £220 per kitchen up to 8 units£240 per kitchen up to 10 units£260 per kitchen up to 14 units Kitchen Fitter Duties and Responsibilities Full kitchen removals and installationsFitting kitchen units, doors, worktops and associated componentsFirst and second fix joineryGeneral joinery repairs and maintenanceDoor hanging and adjustmentsFitting skirting boards, architraves and other joinery worksMaking good and completing associated remedial worksWorking within occupied social housing propertiesCompleting work to a high standard and within agreed timescalesLiaising professionally with tenants, site teams and management Kitchen Fitter Requirements Proven experience as a Kitchen FitterExperience with full kitchen installations and replacementsOwn tools and reliable transport essentialAbility to work independently and manage your own workloadSocial housing experience preferredAsbestos AwarenessManual HandlingWorking at HeightsWillingness to undertake a ..... full job details .....
