Were a cosy wine bar with a small, organised kitchen.
Youll do: veg and garnish prep, dish assembly, basic frying/cooking, pot-wash, cleaning and HACCP checks.
You bring: recent commercial kitchen experience (pub/restaurant/care home OK), reliable and consistent, comfortable in a small team, interest in Chinese flavours/techniques (bonus if youve cooked them at home or work).
