Hourly Rate: £14.00 - £14.50, inclusive of holiday payLocation: St AlbansJob Type: Full-timeWe are looking for a motivated Kitchen Assistant to join our catering team in St Albans. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about food preparation and maintaining a clean, organised kitchen environment.Day-to-day of the role:

Assist in the preparation of meals under the guidance of the School Chef.Help with the stocking and management of kitchen supplies.Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen.Comply with all health and safety regulations.Support the kitchen staff in ensuring timely delivery of food services.Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, ensuring they are stored appropriately.Dispose of waste correctly and maintain a hygienic waste disposal area.Required Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not essential.Good communication and teamwork skills.Ability to follow instructions and operate standard kitchen equipment safely.Strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.Energetic and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:
