Kitchen Assistant / Assistant Chef - Part TimeSalisbury25 hours per week Monday-Friday9:30am-2:30pmSalary up to £25,500 FTEWe are recruiting for a Kitchen Assistant / Assistant Chef to join an established in-house catering team in Salisbury.This is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience working as a Kitchen Porter, Kitchen Assistant or within a similar catering or hospitality environment who is looking for consistent, part-time weekday hours.Working Monday to Friday, 9:30am-2:30pm, you''ll support the Catering Manager with the smooth day-to-day running of the staff canteen.What you''ll be doingPreparing salads and other food for lunch serviceWashing up and maintaining a clean and organised kitchenCleaning equipment and food preparation areasSupporting with stock and deliveriesFollowing food hygiene, health and safety and allergen proceduresAssisting with general food preparationOpportunities to get involved with bakingHelping maintain a high standard of service for staff using the canteenWhat we''re looking forYou''ll ideally have previous experience working within a kitchen, catering or hospitality environment.
