Kitchen Assistant

with at least a few years'' experience in a busy kitchen environment. You''ll play an important role in supporting our Chefs and ensuring the smooth running of our kitchen.Responsibilities:Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes.Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety.Assist with food preparation, stock rotation, and kitchen organisation.Thrive in a fast-paced environment while keeping calm under pressure.Communicate effectively and work as part of a supportive team.

What We''re Looking For:Previous experience as a Kitchen Assistant or in a similar role (minimum a few years).Strong work ethic and attention to detail.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.A positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
